It’s snowing!!!

It’s finally snowing! We were told that this was going to be Eindhoven’s warmest winter and not to expect any snow. What do you know! The three of us were super happy that it snowed!

Honestly speaking, I really think the sunlight is a huge ‘happiness’ factor! Last week, I only managed to catch abit of sun on Saturday. The rest of the week felt a little moody. We heard that countries higher up in the north rarely get to see the sun. As a result, many of them sink into depression.

Coming from Singapore, I never really did give much thought to the sun. To us, it was always there. However, to others, I think it might be really hard for them to be literally always in the dark. (no pun intended)

So the question is, how do we stop sinking into depression and jumpstart our ‘happy’ emotions?
